No I'm busy painting Aisling's ceiling. I'm going to create a masterpiece. I've never done that before and I feel I ought to do one as I hear that they are pieces of art that everyone thinks are the best. Anyway that's what the hired help said. Jewel replies.

A picture of the founding of Amber. I want to get the Unicorn in it showing Gramps Oberon and Great Grandfather Greybeard where to put the city and getting all the hired help in to make the castle and stuff. I probably should have a part of it where they draw the Pattern too. I hear feasts go down well in these things, but I'm not sure how I can fit that in too. Maybe they could have a picnic? Jewel notes slightly dubiously.

What vital stuff does Aunty Fi need to do? Yes I may be brilliant but I'm busy too. You keep saying that I need to do something to save the Universe and it never seems to end. It's getting to be an ongoing chore. Jewel replies testily.

You have been a great help and it is a pain having to save the Universe, but since there are few that can save it, we have to. Hopefully we will save it soon, and then we can do the things that we enjoy. If we fail to save it, then neither us or our hobbies will exist, and that would be sad."

I don't know if Llewella and the others will be impressed with my patience, or contemptuous of it.

The Universe should learn to save itself. It's big enough after all. It always seems to be that we'll do it soon and you need just one more favour yet they never seem to stop. I will speak to Unky Sneaky and I'll tell him just that. Jewel replies.
